Are you and your drivers fully aware of all the rules, regulations concerning the use of the tachohgraph ?

Remember, should your drivers get stopped by any of the enforcement authorities and there are faults and / or fiddles on the drivers charts, then both the driver and yourselves, the owners, are responsible and could end up in court.

It is surprising how many drivers and or companies are summoned to court for tachograph offences, and remember, any such offences are notified to the Traffic Commissioner, which means that your Operators Licence could well be affected.

There are always a number of such incidents mentioned in the transport magazines each week, resulting in the company having a number of vehicles removed from their licence or being suspended for a period of time.
